I would like for them to share their memories, old photographs, family histories and past Village news with me so that I may be able to present a comprehensive record of this small. ancient and facinating Welsh Village Community throughout the ages.

    The first picture is now a broken link ;) My relatives lived at Purgatory and my 5th great grandmother Anne Hughes nee Price died there in 1834. Her step-son Samuel died there in 1831 and left a will which I have written up at https://anneyoungau.wordpress.com/2023/07/08/my-relatives-in-purgatory/
